Energy Ministry reveals when second unit of BelNPP will be put into commercial operation

MINSK, 2 October (BelTA) – Belarus' Deputy Energy Minister Denis Moroz told the STV TV channel when the second unit of the Belarusian nuclear power plant (BelNPP) will be put into commercial operation, BelTA reports.

“The construction of the nuclear power plant is nearing completion,” the deputy minister noted.

“After comprehensive tests are done, the acceptance commission will embark on work. It will supervise the commissioning of the facility,” Denis Moroz added.
